Our selection of the many, many, messages sent to Tim via social media. We send all of these to Tim to look at, but the selection is almost random as there are too many to keep track of!
Via Facebook:
- Send greetings to Tim Peake from the Anchor Boys from the 3rd Bedford Boys Brigade Company. They wrote notes and drew some pictures for you.
- My 12-year-old son, Luke, is fascinated by space travel, the stars and planets, and has been following Tim Peake’s mission. He drew this picture today of the International Space Station to send to you for NASA’s Day of Remembrance. I hope it reaches you out there!
- My ten year old son Matthew has been so inspired by Tim he’s designed and built the ISS (with Tim in it) out of Lego. The solar panels rotate in all directions to catch the sun and there’s a (sort of) Soyuz docked. Please please please can you share this with Tim (couldn’t work out how to do it on his page) as it’d blow Matthew’s mind to know his Lego engineering work has been seen in space!
- This is our daughter Bettie-Rose (8) with her mosaic homework she decided to do a mosaic of Tim Peake on his space walk she has also got the date he left Earth on it too she’s v proud of this artwork. we thought you might like it too x
- Hi all, could you possibly send this fabulous model off the ISS that my son has made… he has been inspired by Major Tim! Isaac is 4 and is hoping to see the real ISS traveling over Manchester on a clear night soon. Great job guys and thank-you in advance
- Our Scouts doing a toilet roll solar system tonight. t is 5th Holcombe Scout Group based in Ramsbottom Bury and they are all between 11 and 14 years old. They will be pleased. We visited Jodrell Bank in Cheshire recently and all seem to have the Space Bug especially as so many astronauts were in the Scouting movement. Regards and thanks leesa (scout leader)

My 5year olds picture didn’t make it this time. Hopefully he will be lucky next time.
Tim, Mike here the Stn Cdr at RAF Scampton home of the Red Arrows. It would be great if you could send a video message to all the boys and girls who will be joining us for a STEM day on Monday 13 June
