Join us for a Google hangout with Rosetta mission experts to celebrate perihelion – the closest point to the Sun along the comet’s orbit. The hangout will be streamed live on 13 August at 13:00 GMT / 15:00 CEST – watch it here.

Fast and doesn’t seem to frozen for several seconds navigator window [Mozilla family].

So cool that the Persieds Meteor Shower max coincides with Rosetta and 67P Perihelion!. Whaaaat???
Darn it! Joel Parker beat me to it, I was trying to say last week that Pluto’s Moon Hydra looks an awful lot like 67P! But couldn’t get past reCAPTCHA.
O well, as they say, great minds…. 😉
