This excellent student project was delivered to ESA on 15 May 2014, when the students and several teachers of Colegio Público (Peñaluenga) De El Castillo De Las Guardas, near Seville, travelled to ESAC, Spain, to send a signal into the future. The transmission was the final step in our Wake Up Rosetta campaign.
The head teacher, Jesús Campos Dominguez, handed over a copy immediately on arrival, explaining that it was a project done by the students as part of their science studies. We were delighted to see this excellent report, especially so as it’s proof positive that ambitious missions like Rosetta play a crucial role in inspiring young people!
