It’s essentially the same as planned for the original undocking on 26 September, with the sequence identical but the actual times shifted due to the changed undocking time.

Initially, ATV-3 was set to pull away from Station at 00:35 CEST; tonight it will be 23:46 CEST, about 49 minutes earlier. Note times given as possible slots of the event to happen.

  • ISS hooks opening: 19:07 – 19:17
  • ‘Wake Up 2’ (ATV avionics switched ON): 23:19
  • Demerging: 23:37
  • ISS free drift: 23:41 – 23:43
  • ATV hooks opening: 23:43 – 23:48 (undocking commit)
  • ATV undocking: 23:46 – 23:47 (push back by springs at 6-9 cm/second)
  • Departure manoeuvre: 23:47 – 23:52
