Tune in today at 17:15 CEST to National Geographic’s Instagram Live (@NatGeo) as they travel to all seven continents to explore ecosystems worth conserving.

ESA-sponsored medical doctor Stijn Thoolen will join the feed from Concordia research Station located on Dome C in the Antarctic Peninsula to discuss life in Antarctica, often referred to as “White Mars”.

The livestream will be hosted by Filipe DeAndrade and feature global conservationist efforts, research institutes and space agencies.
