Now, the mission control team is waiting for acquisition of signal – AOS – from Rosetta. This image shows the signal analyser display from NASA’s 70m tracking station at Goldstone (showing, currently, noise). The most likely ‘receive’ window opened at 18:30 CET. #Waiting

Still waiting at 19:15 CET… don’t look away now! Canberra Deep Space Network station is also now waiting. Livestream from ESOC continues…
