ATV-3 chasing the ISS: seen today from ground

And another set of terrific images submitted by Stéphane Colas, Normandy, France!

The first photo was taken at 06:53CEST this morning and the (bright) streak is the ISS passing by (that's Stéphane's house in the picture...). Cool!

Now here's what's even better: two minutes later, Stéphane also grabbed a snap of ATV Amaldi passing by -- following right along many kms behind and much lowers, still, than the ISS (~275km vs. ~390). And the streak is, of course, much fainter due to ATV being much smaller than the massive ISS. But it's clear in the image!
