“I have been training for space for a long time…”
Thomas Pesquet, a French ESA astronaut is preparing for his first voyage to the International Space Station. After months of repeating procedures, the launch is scheduled for 16 November 2016.

Thomas will spend much of his mission working on 55 scientific experiments from Europe of which seven have been developed by France’s space agency CNES.

The French experiments will be controled from the Cadmos User Operations Centre in Toulouse, France.
