As we’re mailing out the ILA Tweetup invitations today, it’s appropriate to mention one factor that drove the selections: the necessity of expanding the participant base.

The past support of the space social media community in Europe has been fantastic. With the aim of giving others a chance to participate, the initial ILA tweetup invite list comprises mostly new names.

In recognition of our ‘hard-tweeting’ long-timers, however, we plan to issue invites to you for some later events that will cater for smaller, more ‘experienced’ groups.
