Space Barbie stops by ESOC enroute to SpaceTweetup
Space Barbie stopped by ESOC today on her way to the SpaceTweetup in Cologne!
She was taken on a guided tour of the mission operation facilities and control rooms from where 15 missions & 18 satellites are currently being operated, including Mars Express, Venus Express, Rosetta and Envisat.
She had, apparently, a great time (she’s a little, uhmm, quiet) and is looking forward to meeting everyone in Cologne! 🙂
