The 2012 science profile video highlighting some of the incredible discoveries being made by Integral.

17 October 2012 will mark ten years in space for Integral, the International Gamma-Ray Astrophysics Laboratory.

This ESA mission has surprised scientists world wide with its observations. Integral is the first space observatory that is simultaneously observing objects in gamma rays, X-rays and visible light.

Its principal targets are violent explosions known as gamma-ray bursts, powerful phenomena such as supernova explosions, and regions in the Universe thought to contain black holes.

This video comes back on these 10 years of discoveries.
