Fuel gone: Planck spacecraft empty

Update from Steve Foley just after the exhaustion of all fuel on board Planck at 14:00 CEST on 22 October 2013. The end is near!

ESA's #Planck Ops Manager at #ESOC, Steve Foley, confirms: @Planck fuel all spent at 16:00CEST. Spacecraft now empty & ready for switch off
