17 January 2013, in Kourou: The upper ICC Integrated Cargo Carrier of ATV-4 – weighed down with the nominal cargo load for the International Space Station – was gently lowered and mated onto the Service Module. The delicate operation involved dozens of technicians and engineers from ESA and industry.
Photos sent in by ESA’s the mission manager Alberto Novelli, who is in Kourou carefully following integration progress. Thanks, Alberto!
