Three Concordia crewmembers, Lorenzo Moggio, Giampietro Casasanta and Beth Healey answered questions in a mammoth “Ask Me Anything” for Reddit science. With over 1800 questions and comments the trio worked until 4 in the morning to answer as many questions as possible.

Lorenzo and Giampetro are physicists researching climate and atmospheric sciences in Antarctica for the Italian National Research Council. Beth is a medical doctor running ESA experiments to prepare for future space exploration.

They answered questions on their research and their life in isolation. Head over to Reddit to read the full text.
