Long-time followers of this blog will remember Antarctic chef extraordinaire Giorgio Deidda. He has returned to Concordia station for no less than his third winter stay in isolation. Giorgio is at it again cooking wonderful meals in extreme environments. ESA’s medical doctor on the research base, Adrianos Golemis, tweeted this:
French cheese, Australian kangaroo, Russian salad, cooked by Italian @chefgiorgiod &enjoyed by a Greek in Antarctica! pic.twitter.com/D5UccvdG1g
