After more than five months in space Alexander Gerst awaits one more epic journey before he arrives at his homebase: the European Astronaut Centre in Cologne.

Max, Reid and Alexander will  close the hatch to their Soyuz at 21:10 GMT on Sunday evening and undock at 00:29 Monday morning. They are expected to land at around 03:58 GMT. Alexander should be back in Cologne the very same evening!

Max will fly to Star City in Russia while Reid will leave for Houston, USA.
